Publishing Ethics & Malpractice Statement
1. Duties of Editors
The Editor-in-Chief and editorial board evaluate manuscripts purely on academic merit, theoretical rigor, methodological soundness, and thematic alignment with PIJCACE, without regard to authors' nationality, race, institutional affiliation, or political worldview.
2. Duties of Authors & Originality
Authors must guarantee that submitted works are completely original, have not been published previously, and are not currently under simultaneous review elsewhere. Any attempt at duplicate submission, data fabrication, improper authorship attribution (gift or ghost authorship), or plagiarism will result in immediate rejection and formal notice to the author's institution.
3. Conflict of Interest & Disclosure
Authors must disclose any financial, academic, or personal conflicts of interest that could influence the interpretation of their research. All sources of external research funding must be acknowledged in the manuscript.
